Booked the room for my husband and 2 kids for the RAK half marathon. The room was a decent size and location was good for the race. I booked a one bedroom suite. I asked at check in if the couch in the room pulled out into a bed and was told yes. This was not true. Ok. so asked for an extra bed and for extra linen for the couch. I didn't mind paying for the extra bed but the F.D staff tried to tell me that my two children could just sleep together in the single extra bed and didn't want to give extra linen. I had to convince him to send it. They sent horrible bedding and which we turned away and asked for bedding just like the regular beds. We retuned from the race the next morning just before breakfast was finishing, so I asked is there time to enjoy breakfast as it was paid for already with the room. They said yes no problem but as soon as we walked in they started putting everything away. They took all of the utensils so we couldn't get our food. They could have waited 5 minutes to allow us to at least get something on our plates, otherwise, just tell us that they are closing. Overall, we got what we paid for, but the staff could use a bit of training. (Coming from someone with a hotel background).

It was not great not wonderful but average the all inclusive package should cater for non alcoholic beverages such as hot chocolate and milkshakes etc.Plus the food was not too good at buffet not many options

AVERAGE...BUT NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS in FACILITIES
Our stay was not bad..although the rooms were so small to accommodate 3 persons; The pool towels were very old and overused, needs to be replaced! WI-FI in this Hotel was the worst we encountered in hotels we've been booked before!

Decent sleep
Well, the place is neat, decent to stay. Though some not so good experience we had encountered, like 2 bugs, a leak in the shower and have to call the room service for some personal hygiene like toothbrush. Though overall we had a good night sleep, which what we wanted for that moment, but I think there are still some room of improvement.

They fool you with the nice pictures!
First thing the front desk did, was to charge us "tourist fees" or perhaps "resort fees" and We hadn't used anything to be charged that. (It was listed in the fine print) When we got to our room, it was two twin beds pushed together, it should have been a queen bed at least for the money we spent. Only 2 towels for BOTH of us so we had to ask for 2 more. The floors were dirty and hadn't been vacuumed because there was pumpkin seed shells on the floor! On a more positive note, at least it was quiet and the breakfast was quite good.
