"The property is older but clean and well maintained. There are several different restaurants on site but they all use the same menu. "Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns. "

"I paid for a 3 day stay for my parents, and my daughter,, and their stay was the most appreciated ever,, the food was great, the rooms were very clean, and moreover the staff wvery accommodating,, i will pay for them again soon,, and i am planning to visit fk resort oonce i get home,, thank you do much for everything. "Excellent hotel with great customer service. The rooms and foods were great and we loved it. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Karatina. The only issue was water splashing all over when showering but that’s not a big deal. "
