The openness and space around the facility made the area very peaceful. The size of the room and the amenities were amazing. I wish I had known I would have a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink and a stove top, The size of the room and the spaciousness were very much appreciated as well. I'm not sure if all of the rooms are equally equipped as I was give a Handicapped room. I'm not sure if that was all that was left but the spaciousness of the bedroom and bathroom were appreciated by myself and my two grandchildren.

We like the My Place hotels and have stayed in severalon our current trip. This one was slightly less well-maintained than other oneswe stayed in. But it was very clean and we had no problems.

Room was decent for the price. They stated that housekeeping would be by every 3 days, which is barely acceptable. We checked in Saturday, expecting at least basic garbage and towels by Monday, but nothing. Wednesday we requested towels and coffee, and that is all they did - dropped off towels and cofee, did not take dirty towels, garbage, sheets, nothing whatsoever. Customer service was deplorable

Have always liked the convenience of My Place. Lacked maintenance on refrigerator ice maker. Cheap toilet seat broken. Had 3 people in room lacked soap for showers for 3. No Kleenex and room smelled like stale cigarettes.
