"If you’re looking for a family run business, with beautiful lake surroundings, look no further!! The staff is kind and very helpful. The owner went out of his way to get my room ready as I was 3h early for check in! You do need a car as the transportation is very limited (1 bus a day on the weekend 😅). Unfortunately the snow melted by the time I arrived, as it’s early in the season, but I did get to see a stunning Aurora dancing over me just on the front yard: once in a lifetime experience that I’ll never forget 💕. I’ll definitely come back….with a car 😂. Kiitos 💕💕💕"

"Loved the Resort Arctic Igloos. We stayed for 2 nights and can't see Aurora due to the weather too cloudy. The resort doesnt provide slippers ! The only setback Is the location. No buses, free shuttle service to near by mini market. Transportation need to pay ! Next time should rent a car for more convenient . "

"We had an amazing time over Christmas 2023. The villa is modern with all expected facilities and more(impressive pantry contents provided), the sauna and Hot tub were used frequently with views outside that you would only imagine on a Christmas postcard. Kimmo(owner) was excellent throughout our stay and was always available to answer questions. Nearest supermarket is 10-15 minutes away and includes a store where you can buy alcoholic drinks. Kalle and Pete were great as snowmobile guides - I would thoroughly recommend this option. Local Reindeer/husky rides available and adds to the Christmas feel. We had Christmas dinner prepared and delivered and made life very easy and relaxing. Good quality Winter clothing is available to hire from the Villa which is great for international travelers who might not otherwise have any cold weather clothing. We used a hire car from Enterprise(Rovaniemi Airport), but a private driver is available if required via the Villa. 1 hour drive from Rovaniemi on easy main road so I would recommend a hire car, gives you more freedom and a sense of adventure for the family. The fact that our family didn’t want to leave is a great sign, and we would love to visit again!"
