Giving fresh towels and make our beds every sing day. Making your long hot day nice when coming home yo your room nice and tidy. Lastly, love love that they have water dispenser in the lobby cold or sparkling. Thank you and will surely stay here in the future."

"We stayed at the Hyatt Place in the historical district in Charleston. I researched a lot of places and noticed the great reviews at this hotel, and it was affordable! It did not disappoint! It was conveniently located on King Street so we were able to walk to several places. They also had a valet service that we used when we needed our car, and they were always very prompt in getting our vehicle. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and gave us cold bottled water after a hot day of being out on King Street. I would definitely stay here again."

Rooms were easy to access and the location of our hotel was nearby a lot of good places to eat and shop. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back."
