Personnel is trained as a super luxury hotel. great bar and breakfast. while you have nearby restaurants, there is no dining in the hotel except at the bar and room service. Great bar food and salads.

Loved how close this hotel was to the train station, theatre and restaurants. The property is gorgeous, breakfast buffet was pretty standard but great option to have.

Property was small but nice.
Service was terrible. Kept waiting to check in. When i asked how much longer would i have to wait they said i coukd pay £25 to get the room earlier, this was after 15:00 and check in was from 15:00. We were allocated a Hideaway Studio with no windows but i had booked a studio and they wouldnt listen to me just said i had booked a Hideaway even though it is on my receipt and itinery. I have sent an email of complaint and have yet to receive a reply

"A good hotel that needs some money spent on room refreshes; furnishings and surfaces are all scratched, tired and worn out. Breakfast was also lovely but hardly anything available (no eggs, fruits, beans or mushrooms) - this was sad given it was a Saturday and it was busy but lots of empty tables. ..."

"Overall a good hotel. Service marked down slightly due to the fact that I waited 10 minutes for someone from the restaurant to seat me, I had to find said person as it seemed that everyone was occupied with a function within the hotel. Great breakfast buffet offering."
