Property was small but nice. Service was terrible. Kept waiting to check in. When i asked how much longer would i have to wait they said i coukd pay £25 to get the room earlier, this was after 15:00 and check in was from 15:00. We were allocated a Hideaway Studio with no windows but i had booked a studio and they wouldnt listen to me just said i had booked a Hideaway even though it is on my receipt and itinery. I have sent an email of complaint and have yet to receive a reply

Solo travelling, easy to find from Euston Station, several other hotels in the area, felt very safe. Friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean throughout. Room was clean, comfortable and well planned with lots of surfaces and storage. Great find.
