"I stayed here during my visit to Rameswaram with my family and booked 3 rooms. Upon entering the rooms, I noticed the bed sheets were dirty, but room service responded promptly and replaced them. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so they provided a dongle instead. Overall not happy this hotel need renovation. "

"Very clean hotel. One drawback was very limited items in their dining facility. Staff was very friendly but can do with some training to bring them up to 3 star or 4 star level. Somewhat overpriced. Overall though a fairly comfortable stay."

"Average hotel. The staff try but really are unable to stay on top of customer service. Half the time I was asking for help on some issue or the other. Their response time wasn’t that great. The restaurant again tries hard, but is not well operated. Over all, not recommended"
