"The view from the window was no view. Just a wall and construction. There were lots of clothes hanging to dry on the building next to us. The staff was nice and left notes for us. Enrico was outstanding and very friendly. He took his time to make us feel welcome."

"The staff was exceptional, they clearly are the standard for others to follow. The breakfast and those responsible for the preparation and delivery are second to none; the food was outstanding. However, the staff goes above and beyond to make one’s stay a memorable one. The manager is at the forefront of this pleasant experience, kudos to her and her staff for taking great care of us. "We have stayed in this hotel every year for the last 7 years and it has always been superb however this year exceeded all expectations because of a wonderfully kind gesture of an unexpected room upgrade which made the experience perfect. "La Rambla street is multicultural with lots of Hindu and middle eastern population which makes it beautiful in its own way. The way they approach you to eat at their terrace is just amazing and if you try to ignore them than you get to hear their beautiful, romantic language apologizing for bothering you… just loved it!!!!"

"The hotel and property are great! My room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable The workout/sauna was perfect! The rooftop bar and 360 patio is wonderful and boasts a beautiful view. The pool, or sitting pool they refer to is underwhelming, and personally, I would not use it. The pool is located on the rooftop patio and right in the midst of the bar sitting area. It is small and would feel awkward to use and is better described as a lobby fountain/water display. The breakfast is a must! It was delicious with great selection of food and drinks for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend adding the breakfast to your daily stay. I ate in the restaurant once, and I would not eat again. I ordered the salmon, and it was very salty, on a bed of stir fried vegetables that were unpleasant. "
