"The hotel is very well suited if you plan to travel to different cities in Israel. It is about a 2 block walk to a major train station. It is also attached to a very large vertical mall that includes a 2 floor food court with a huge variety of foods. As for the hotel itself, the Israeli breakfast is quite average-nothing special and everyday the same. Cleaning of the room is spotty and inconsistent. Despite these downsides, the hotel worked well for us. "

"Great location. Only complaint is that early in the morning at 7 am I wanted to shower and there was no hot water. Apparently the heater was off and it took a while for the water to become hot. In a hotel of this caliber, the heater should always be on so there’s always hot water."

"2nd time staying in one of the rooms/suites/apartments and the it has been fantastic. The bed was perfect. Kitchen was exactly what was needed, and the location is spot on. Right by Azrielli, and literally a few minute walk to Rothschild Blvd. bus to the beach- right there. And easy in and out of TLV which is crucial when you need to leave the city. Romantic Stay at Carlton Tel Aviv – Perfect

"We had an unforgettable stay at Carlton Tel Aviv while celebrating a birthday and Valentine’s Day. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly special, with warm hospitality and thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience. Our room was elegant, spacious, and offered stunning views of the Mediterranean—perfect for a romantic getaway. The hotel even surprised us with a special treat for the occasion, which made the celebration even more memorable. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and served with a breathtaking sea view. The rooftop pool and lounge were perfect for relaxation, and the hotel’s location right by the beach made it easy to enjoy romantic walks along the promenade. Everything was flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Carlton Tel Aviv exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!"

"The hotel’s description promised a "comforting indulgence," but unfortunately, my experience didn’t align with these expectations. On the night of the 3rd of September, a loud screeching noise from the air-conditioning unit kept me awake, which was particularly disappointing after already changing rooms due to similar issues. Additionally, I noticed mold in the bathroom, a persistent leak outside the room, and neither room I stayed in had a bath plug, making the bath unusable. These issues detracted from the comfort that was advertised. The most distressing incident occurred when I accidentally got locked in the bathroom during the night, without my phone, and had to wait about 10 minutes to free myself. At checkout, the staff kindly asked if I had been contacted about another room change following my complaint to Expedia, but no one had reached out to me. Given the short duration of my stay, it wouldn’t have been worth moving rooms again. While the staff were friendly and tried to assist, my stay was far from the "comforting indulgence" described. I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced. Please note that I have photo evidence of the issues mentioned and can provide them if needed."
