Pros: Nice staff; very responsive. Convenient location. No charge for parking. TV, microwave, AC, bed and fridge in good condition. Cons: Sink drained slowly. Toilet tank took forever to refill. Carpet had stains. Default is no housekeeping service unless requested. Iron missing but was provided when requested. Replacement towels and toilet paper were immediately provided when requested. No kleenex in the room. The bathtub was very slippery and the two hand bars provided were inadequate for stability (no horizontal bar). Post COVID hotel service and amenities are not what they used to be, in general. I want to emphasize that the staff was immediately responsive when asked for something and very nice.

I have not stayed at this location for a long time, but I was pleasantly surprised. Just did a lat minute weekend getaway and my king side bed with a patio and sofa was just what I needed. The walk in shower and nice size flat screen were an added bonus. The young lady at the front desk was excellent and the fact that the hotel share the lot with a Chilli's restaurant and is near a mall and strip mall and a main thoroughfare make this hotel an ideal location. Can't wait to stay again.

The girls at the front desk were exceptional. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Outdoor area was beautifully maintained and inviting. Hotel location made it easy to commute around Raleigh. Will definitely stay here again.
