"Very clean, excellent condition rooms and bedding, good breakfast spread. The location is very central for major city attractions. Best of all, service from bell desk, front desk (Mahipal), coffee shop (Rizwan and Vipin) and housekeeping (Satya) were all fantastic. Highly recommend if you want something nice, secure and functional in Jaipur and don’t need “fancy” or opulent."

"The staff is nice depending upon who you get. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Corridors carpets were filthy but rooms were ok. No bottled water. You have to ask for it. Wifi is just terrible. Just doesn’t connect. Bathroom amenities are also limited like no conditioner, no facial tissue, limited towels. Bathroom dated but functional. Looks like somehow a lot of tourists are ferried here. On the plus side breakfast and dinner buffet is good and restaurant is good service. Overall value for money is...

"Everything was perfect at the property except the noise after hours (after 11 pm). Wedding guests were allowed to make noise to a degree where we couldn't fall asleep until 4 am. This is completely unacceptable and unfair to other guests at property. The walls are thin and we could also hear guests talking loud at midnight 4 rooms away from us. We had to let them know to keep the noise low. Didn't expect this paying top $ for the stay. I would have definitely given a 5 star rating otherwise."
