"Good location, staff are in need of an upgrade, for a 5 star hotel I expect a better standard of service. Very busy hotel with a late check in, for the price better to pay a little extra and stay in a proper 5 star hotel. Pool is extremely cold and only 6-7 beds which is not enough "

"The hotel is extremely well located, very central and has good metro connections. The area can be quite rough for tourists and dirty if you want a clean environment select the suburbs rather than downtown. There are plenty of places to eat around. The entrance to the hotel is a bit weird but once in the hotel all fine, we felt safe and comfortable. The room was Clean and good bathroom for local standards. "WiFi wasn't operational for several hours after we arrived. State of the room was an issue - door in bathroom couldn't close and was stained. Poor paint job on the walls. Bed was very comfortable."

"I've been staying at Le Meridien for many years! It is my favorite hotel in New Delhi. I always feel safe and comfortable there. It is close to all of the places I need to go to while I'm in Delhi. The concierge staff is great when I need to leave luggage or packages to be picked up for shipping back to the USA. Thank you to the entire staff at Le Meridien for all of your help , always!"
