"Nice hotel but no hot or warm water in the morning for a shower. I called the reception but they did not or could not do anything about it. Not happy!"

Bearing in mind the price we were not expecting anything spectacular, but the basics inc hot water and an actual fold out bed rather than a badly stained matress on the floor. Ruby on reception was as helpful and understanding as she could possibly be. Breakfast was cold."
