"The grounds are beautiful! There could be a few more patio umbrellas around the pool. You can’t always get one. The buffet breakfast is awesome-everything you could possibly want. The rooms can be a bit noisy due to people talking in the hallways and slamming the room doors but that’s quite common when you’re hotelling it! "Great location and just down the same street located on the beach is the restaurant Coco's. The garden area is beautiful. The pool is a nice hang with a covered area that has a pool table and grill. It's a simple check in and out. Just have to use WhatsApp. "

"Property manager was very helpful. She answered all my questions and gave thoughtful assistance throughout my stay. "

"Plusses: Service was excellent. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was good. Location away from busy street was nice. Plenty of hot water for showering. Minuses: Room needs serious updating. One mattress was saggy. Bed quilts shouted 1970. Two of the nights we had swarm of flying bugs (termites) visit the inside of the room. Saw them climb behind moulding. Didn’t make for a restful night’s sleep."

"Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "

"Love this place. Simple as that. For someone new to the area security makes you feel safe and does thier job well. The rest of the staff was friendly as well including the awesome bar staff. Its a really convenient location. "

"This is a basic but reliable, clean and comfortable hotel. It my second stay. The most important thing about this hotel is that it quiet. It is about 100m from the main street so it is super quiet. Hotels on main street have severe noise issues. This is not a hotel you linger in. You sleep, shower and leave. The rooms are VERY small so you can't really hang out in them. But you can go out to beach or restaurants/coffee nearby. Pool is clean. Breakfast is very basic but many places nearby. Bed is comfortable. AC is great. The only issue is that hot water for shower might not be reliable but I waites for a while and it was warm enough. This is due to solar powered water heater. I had another issue with shower head. Next morning they replaced it. You can contact them on WhatsApp with issues and they reply promptly. Security is tight but someone is present 24/7. Give them the key when you leave and get it back when you return. Front desk helped me get a large taxi no issue. Although the room is small there are many chairs and tables just outside the room you can hang out at. "

"Great place to stay. Close to everything. Felt very safe there and the service was excellent. The room had a few nicks and bumps, but nothing to really complain about. No laundry soap supplied, but was literally down the street and was affordable. I highly recommend. "
