"This is an excellent hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very nicely located between the Baixa and Alfama neighborhoods and is very close to some excellent restaurants. We had a great time here."

"Highly recommend! Great hotel with professional, courteous and attentive staff 24 hrs. Room was spacious, complimentary mini bar in room, daily cleaning. Great breakfast, with many options to choose from. We received a small bottle of port wine and mini pastries the first night of our stay. "Our stay at Exe Saldanha was great. We got off our cruise boat at 0800 and we had booked for Nov 22 night and they accommodated us that morning! Which was great because we were not feeling great after a night of turbulent waters. The front desk was kind and so helpful with all of our requests. The only things keeping this place from 5 stars are no USB ports in the room & the shower was clean but not sparkling clean. However, the front desk did provide us with a travel adapter which was amazing....

"Loved the shuttle to city center! Erva is an excellent bar and restaurant…the sea bass was awesome. Soul Garden was also good. Staff was very attentive. Our room was excellent. We would definitely stay here again."

"Radisson Blu is an excellent value. The room was large and had nice features. The lobby likewise was large with an excellent-looking restaurant and bar. We didn't try either. The property is getting a bit shabby and needs a higher quality of tradesmanship for minor blemishes. I would not hesitate to stay here again"

"Great place to stay, I would have given five stars for all categories, however, the one complaint my wife and I had was the heat was on in the room in November. I do realize Europe cools down in November and the people that live there find the outside temperatures cool. For those of us that are more acclimatized to lower temperatures the excessive heat in the rooms was stifling. Even with the windows open the room was still too warm. Even after complaining twice, we were told the whole building...

"We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "
