The apartment we were in was “shabby chic” with IKEA furnishings and mismatched kitchen items but it was still quite charming with lovely high ceilings. It was my Birthday yesterday and I had a breakfast cake and Happy Birthday sang to me then upon returning from our day out , I received a bottle of fizz and lovely displayed chocolates.
