"Spin arrival we had to wait at the desk for probably 10 minutes before someone came to check us in. When we got to the room it had a strong musty smell, the lamps didn’t work, the outlets couldn’t hold a plug, and the entire room itself didn’t feel or look completely cleaned. We asked the employee for a new rim and was super friendly about it. Our second room was much better and we didn’t seem to have any problems with it. Breakfast was ok… everything seemed to run out an hour into it...

"It was a good stay when we stayed again. The 1st room was better than the 2nd. The 2nd room had shampoo, conditioner and body soap on the wall. Well the shampoo was broke off the wall and the body wash was barely hanging on the wall. In middle of the night the soap fell off the wall. Super easy to get off and on the highway "

"Its a nice place if you dont want to deal with people at a reception desk. The vew is amazing. Only thing was the filter in the hot tub needed to be changed. But im shure that happens all the time. I cant rate the staff because I didnt see them at all it was great. Beds where super comfortable."

"We stayed in a bunk bed family room coordinated with multiple families in floor plans in 202 they were in 302 and 402. We noticed our room (202) had more wear and tear than the others. Missing full length mirror, and few light bulbs were out in the bathrooms, and issues with doors closing all the way. However, we would stay again! "This was a really cool hotel. We stayed here on Valentine’s Day because we went to a show in the Walker theater and it was close by. I love the retro design. We had the tiki suite and it had a sitting area with a fireplace and it was so nice to sit by the fire after we’d been out walking in the cold. If you’re looking for something with a cool vibe and a lot of character, give this place a look. "

"It looks like they’ve made some attempts to update this older facility. The room was fairly clean and bed comfortable. But the shower floor had been “painted”, and the room felt dated. I would stay here again, but it would be a price thing for sure. "
