"Check-in was really easy and the location was easy to find. Our room had a view of some shops so we kept the blinds closed, but it was really nice having an apartment to stay in with a mini kitchen and laundry area. And the location was perfect to see everything in the city and having quick access to buses if we needed to go anywhere further."

"Séjour parfait dans ce Novotel très bien entretenu (chambre impeccable, spacieuse, ultra propre). Accueil très agréable, de la réception au petit-déjeuner. "The first morning breakfast options were replenished when consumed. The second morning, bread, cheese, and meat were not replenished during the 30 minutes we spent at breakfast. The young man working the breakfast bar was quite friendly nevertheless."

"A convenient location near the historic center and central attractions of Aachen. No restaurant, but a moderately popular bar in the evenings. Apparently a popular breakfast spread (18 euros) which I did not partake. Very clean room (with a mini fridge) and comfortable bed. The location near the bus station was a little off putting during the day with large crowds, but was quiet at night. Overall very pleasant."

"We stayed here for two nights. It's a really convenient location for the Altstadt, cathedral and Christmas markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and in good condition, and our room was comfortable. We did hear some noise from the street in the night, but that was the only minor issue. Overall we were very happy with our stay here."

"Loved the unit, super quiet, nice location to train station and walk into town. Kitchenette is perfect for longer stay. Housekeeping available for fresh towels. Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. Only street door had security."

"Great location quiet, just out of the centre but only a short bus ride away.apartment well equipt, modern ,clean, pleanty of parking across the road.the only issue was when we tried to gain entry at about a quarter past 3 (3 oclock was supposed to be the start time for check in) the code we had been sent didnt work it kept saying it was invalid.After several attempts and also trying our booking ref number, were about to ring the number given on the door which said it was for emergencies only...

"no TV in room, internet wifi is awfull and only near window. You are not allowed to bring food or drink in room. Breakfast was poor. Is very far from town. Wall are thin and you can hear all noises. In room was cold and is a small radiator on wall that worked only few hours. You can enter hotel during night only until 1:00am then is closed until morning and you will sleep outside :) Staff was kindly"

"This property was fantastic. I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel very near the train station and you can't beat the location of this property. I was warmly greeted by the staff, who even offered a nice hot cup of coffee. The reception area is large, comfortable, and was playing some great music. It's a fun atmosphere. My room was just what I needed, the floor was quiet, and the next day the staff kindly allowed us to store our bags for a few hours so we could explore the Christmas market before our train. I really enjoyed my stay and hope one day to have the chance to return. "
