The hotel was very old and not very clean nor did the room lock. I had my own lock so didn’t care and I needed a room for one night and got the job done. Breakfast was mediocre.

Hotel is located close to Haram not suitable for people with walking issue or with wheelchair, as the hotel is on steep hill. Hotel provides buggy but at prayer time it is very difficult. The hotel itself is very nice and clean

The hotel is nice but the reception staff is not at all good . The bell boys are very helpful thpugh. However there is no room service. We asked for it several times but didn’t get kt . I asked fresh towel in the morning and after repeated reminders phone calls and 3 visits to the reception i got it late after 10 pm. The room was no e but the mattresses were bad and creaking There were even coalroaches in the room.
