"This property is a fun boutique style hotel with a lot of character. It was selected because the room had a balcony with a city view. It did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet and menu were really tasty. The employees could not have been nicer to us. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who likes a smaller hotel with a lot of charm. "

"The room was clean, well appointed, beds comfortable, and bathroom was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic - close to everything and walkable. Felt quite safe. I would definitely stay again. 25 mins taxi from airport. During the day the taxi could not drive up to hotel because hotel is in a walking zone, but after hours they could."

"Great place to stay, I would have given five stars for all categories, however, the one complaint my wife and I had was the heat was on in the room in November. I do realize Europe cools down in November and the people that live there find the outside temperatures cool. For those of us that are more acclimatized to lower temperatures the excessive heat in the rooms was stifling. Even with the windows open the room was still too warm. Even after complaining twice, we were told the whole building...

"We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "

"Service from everyone of the staff was excellent!! Loved that the hotel took the time to celebrate my wife’s birthday with me which was surprising given the fact all I did was mention her birthday at the front desk. Definitely a five star plus rating from us !!! "

"Beautiful property. Friendly helpful staff. Walkable area. Neighborhood dog barks way too much for our liking, but understand hotel can do little about this. Breakfast is excellent. Coffee available 24/7. Evening cake and fruit available as well. Well groomed property. Pool looks inviting and clean, but weather too cold for us to swim. Safe neighborhood, even after dark. Bathroom set up was strange for us, with only a glass partition between bathroom and bed. Has kitchen sink, microwave, coffee machine, and a hot plate."
