Although I thought the review said there was parking, there was ample parking down the straight but not on the hotel site. But all in all, very cozy. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marina Charming House in Figueira da Foz. While the room was a bit snug for three people, the excellent air conditioning and generous breakfast more than made up for this minor inconvenience. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, with some members even fluent in French, reflecting the renowned hospitality of the Portuguese people. We highly recommend this cozy B&B. 🏡😊🍽️"

"The property manager Luis is friendly, supportive and happy to help - taking care of the guest (I remember the Spanish guy). The Hostel has a good view to the beach, walkable and can rent a bike closely. Easy access to locations. Very clean - down side is that the internet is weak in some points "

"Parking cost 7 euros per night and it is in the next block. The morning breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel. The hotel has an agreement with some restaurants around the corner with discount 10%. The only criticism would be for the front desk woman who was on the phone on a personal call and never hung up while we and a couple others were checking out. We got fed up and put our key down and just left while she was still chatting. "

"Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms had the essential and very clean, with air-con. Included a mini fridge very handy to keep fresh water (and other drinks or fruits for a late snack). Offered extra towels in both bath/bedroom, however unnecessary - I guess depends how long a person stays. I would suggest to have both, hard and soft pillows. "We LOVED our stay here! Right from when we checked in, we got a glass of champagne and a snack, followed by a wonderful breakfast hand delivered to our room the next morning. Everything was spotless, and the staff was very welcoming. The only thing that you should be aware of is there is no lift, so if you can’t do stairs, ask for a main floor suite. Highly recommend this place in Coimbra! "
