Todo muy bien, me gustó que las habitaciones son amplias y que fuera pet-friendly (excepto el desayuno), tal vez el precio sin el descuento de Expedia creo que es excesivo. Pero en general las instalaciones, la atención y la localización son buenas.

Muy nuevo y limpio. Todo el personal se esforzó por atendernos de la mejor manera. El hotel está a unos pasos de viñedos azteca y un restaurante muy agradable, con buena vista al viñedo.

La ubicación es buena porque está cerca de los viñedos, sin embargo las instalaciones están bastante descuidadas. La alberca imposible de usar, y se suponía que la vista de la habitación la viñedo sería espectacular pero la maleza está tan grande que le quita todo el encanto. El personal si es amable y se esfuerza por dar un buen a servicio

No habia agua caliente en la ducha y recepción aseguraba que si habia, nunca fue a revisarlo , tampoco habia jabon de tocador, pedimos y dijeron que no tenian , el baño desprendia olores raros Buenas instalaciones pero por detalles asi impactan demasiado

Excelente lugar para visitar viñedos
Me encanto la atención del personal, la comida es muy buena, la vista hacia los viñedos es fenomenal y las habitaciones están muy bien. Lo que me habria gustado que fuera diferente es: Se escuchan las voces de las habitaciones de al lado y la piscina no estana abierta (no se si fue por la temporada de lluvia)

Muy bonito, buen servicio, pero detalles x mejorar
El hotel está muy bonito y el personal muy amable en su totalidad, aunque aún no está terminado completamente, aún no tiene una recepción, tiene un escritorio improvisado, tardaron mucho en hacer el check in, pero nos reglaron una cerveza mientras esperábamos eso fue muy bueno, nunca nos dieron llave de la caja de seguridad, la alberca estaba sucia se veía que tenían mucho de no aspirarla, estaba verde, por lo que no quisimos usarla, es una lástima por que esta muy bonita, el hotel No tiene aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y si hace mucha falta ya que el calor es bastante intenso, tanto en habitaciones como en el restaurante, el restaurante del hotel tiene muy pocos platillos y tardan mucho en servir, pero el sabor estaba rico (solo qué hay muchísimas moscas, ojalá puedan hacer algo) el restaurante del viñedo deberían extender su horario ya que tiene más variedad de platillos, esto como beneficio a los huéspedes del hotel. Nosotros fuimos a visitar muchos viñedos y productores de queso y su ubicación es excelente ya que está muy cerca de muchos y el poder acceder al viñedo azteca que nos gusta muchísimo fue inmejorable, tiene poco personal supongo que por que es muy nuevo y debido a ello tardan los servicios, si nos agrado, volveríamos a visitarlo sobre todo por la vista del viñedo azteca y el acceso al mismo y la cercanía de los demás viñedos, pero esperemos que si mejoren todas estas cuestiones de atención y detalles en las instalaciones antes mencionadas.

Pet friendly dentro de viñedo
Es super pet friendly. Llevamos dos perros y el trato fue excelente. El hotel está prácticamente dentro del Viñedo Azteca con las habitaciones a dos metros de las viñas. La habitacion es enorme con el baño más grande que he visto en un hotel. La atención por parte del gerente y del capitan del restaurante es excepcional.
