A very beautiful hacienda well equipped and in very good condition, the pool is climatized, the food was so so and kind of expensive. The vineyard is beautiful and it has dedicated areas. It’s also great for families traveling with Kids lots of activities for them.

Service at restaurant was excellent. Jesus was great and even provided us with english read out about the Hacienda. Smells tho’ around the property were strong due to the farm close by.

The place was beautiful, the heated pool was the icing on the cake because the weather this time of year (Early Feb) is warm during the day and chilly at night. It’s a vineyard and they sell a few bottle of wine made from their grape. I haven’t tried mine yet. ☺️ I stayed in a regular 2 bed room. The only thing I would say to be aware of is, the shower. It was huge and beautiful, but the door was a push or pull to open, it’s a walk in. So where it opens there was enough of an opening to where you can clearly see in and The shower is positioned right next to the sink and on the other side is the toilet in its own enclosed room. So someone is bound to see you. I was there with my grandma so we really didn’t care but something to consider if you’re traveling with other families.

They have two restaurants, and one of them, the Italian restaurant, closes most of the week. The main dining area is very nice looking, but expensive. They do not like to offer breakfast menus, even saying that "it will take a long time" and forcing you to get the buffet. Compared to other restaurants, the buffet is also very expensive for what is typically served in other restaurants in hotels in Queretaro. The quality of the food was okay; the tortillas de maiz were old and stale. Once, I ordered from the menu, and I spent two and a half hours for lunch, waiting for my bill for 40 minutes. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the pool area is excellent. The vineyard is also a nice place to see. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of options for eating in the area, forcing you to eat at their restaurant.

Property is nice as well as the pool. Reception is extremely slow, most of the workers there seemed new they didn’t really know what they were doing. Check out took close to 45 min, unsure why it took so long as I was only told sorry for the wait but not why I was waiting for so long. The waiters and people working in the hotel are nice however so that was a plus. Service around the pool was lacking as there were too many people for 2 waiters. Breakfast buffet was amazing, probably the best thing of the property. Overall I would only go back here for the breakfast buffet but would not recommend this place to stay. For the price you pay, which is not cheap, this place needs major improvement.
