"The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood. The hotel rooms are a little tired, I would say 4 star not 5 as they have paper cups in the rooms not glasses or cups. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with juices and water. "Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. "Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno presso questa struttura e ci ha stupiti positivamente superando ogni nostra aspettativa. I cottage sono splendidi, letti comodissimi e gli spazi generosi. La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. "The air conditioning was very poor, the room was like a sauna, we had to get up at 2am and open the door as it was too hot to sleep. No window in the room to let air in. The rest of the property was fantastic, the restaurant food excellent too."

"Like all of the reviews available this property overall was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side and could do with a paint: however the rooms are still comfortable. I had a room with a balcony and it was amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset from there. The staff were all kind and helpful and the communal areas and breakfast area were great. Plenty of breakfast options to choose from. My recommendation is to have a car (where possible) as taxi from Poggibonsi train station was $60 euros and when it came to leaving: the local bus simply never arrived 😳😩😡. 2 others and I were lucky enough to hail a local man who drove us to the station in time to meet the train. Grazie 😘"

"5/5 star property. You never have to even leave! Staff always went out of their way to make our stay special, turndown and cleaning service was great, bfast buffet was 10/10, and property is just stunning. We also did the cooking class on property which was awesome and the hotel also set up a wine tour for us and it was great to be shown small family wineries. Such a jem of a hotel, I hope we can come back soon! "
