"Nice place, near the Falls and Casino"

"The staff were friendly, tho we had to request the pull out couch sheets and pillows and it took almost an hour for them to bring them up. Thankfully the view kept the kids entertained while we waited to put them to bed. View was incredible. WeGo bus was helpful but so many stops were closed and we had to walk back from the falls, about a 25 min walk in the dark with 4 kids. We were happy we splurged on the jr prez suite and it was worth it! "

"Staff was great and helpful even though it was very busy. When booking “King compact” room 1749 is directly beside the pool. Which is great but also very busy, lots of opening and closing of the door, kids and people walking around. If you want quiet and private maybe ask for another room. "

"We only stayed one night at the Sheraton (prior 3 nights were down the street at the Hilton). Balcony room of the falls was the purpose of booking this room. The room was clean and our view was AMAZING!! The location is perfect for Clifton Hills…steps away. (The Hilton is down further and we took the WeGo bus for the days we were there.) I will say it was over double the cost of one night at the Hilton so I’m not sure it’s worth the huge price difference if you want to save money. But we def recommend it if you’re able to swing it. "
