"The staff were so courteous and helpful. The toom was clean, spacious, and modern. We enjoyed the coffee machine in lobby , very convenient and was nice to sit in the lobby area. Short walk to the mbk centre and siam paragon for shopping and plenty of dining.options. would stay here again! "

"The hotel is in a pleasant, predominantly 'locals' neighborhood with good eating options and markets. Walking distance to the end of the BKK airport skyway train line making it easy and inexpensive for a Bangkok layover. Quiet, safe and comfortable. "

"The hostel itself was nice, the beds were a little bit hard but they let me move onto one that I noticed was softer than the others. The hostel is located on a very busy street and the noise from the traffic was CRAZY. It kept me up all night even with earplugs in. It’s too bad, if it weren’t for the traffic noise, it would’ve been a very good hostel experience. "

"Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was clean and quiet even being next to a busy street. If you like shopping there are endless options in walking distance (SIAM mall for more upscale/ MBK lower price points) The only criticism I have is that are no switches for lights, AC and ceiling fan - it is all only controllable by an iPad which I found rather inconvenient. The first night there was a technical glitch with the iPad and after I turned everything off it all went on automatically about...

"Loved this hotel! We stayed in an executive suite for 2 nights. That included executive lounge privileges. Check in was flawless. The suite was beautiful with a view of the city (26 floor). Nightly turndown service. 2 free beer and 2 soda pop each day included in your fridge. Coffee machine and tea. Can’t say enough about the staff. They changed our bedding immediately when I told them I was allergic to feathers. The executive lounge staff was amazing. The lounge is in an obscure place on the ground floor but the variety of food and the attention to detail from the staff was excellent. Breakfast, lunch and happy hour made our day after a long day of shopping. The MBK Center is connected so no need to leave and go out in the heat. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool facilities but from our window many people did. We loved the convenience of being able to shop at MBK center and all that is offered at the hotel. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel…worth every penny spent!"
