"We checked into the hotel during the bomb cyclone and the computer systems were not working. The lady at the reception did an amazing job getting everyone in during the horrible conditions! "We liked staying here. Very nice and comfortable rooms. It was at the top of a steep hill, so walking was not comfortable for all of us. It was a short Uber ride to the NCL cruise terminal. We dined mostly at the coffee bar in the am in the lobby - did not try the restaurant (which seemed pricey). They did let us check in a little bit early so we could drop our luggage and go to the waterfront - so hiugh marks for service there overall. We also explored the Space Needle and Pike Place Market from here - again easy to get Uber rides from and to here."
