"The hotel is located in the lower town area of Old Quebec City and is very close to Petit Champlain and Place Royale. It is easy to get around from the place. When we stayed, they were constructing a new entrance to the hotel, so it wasn't super nice to look at, but didn't affect our stay. "

"Great ski-in-ski-out location. King suite worked great with kitchenette for breakfast before skiing. Bed was very comfortable. Also included a Murphy bed that we did not use. Restaurant service seemed to be challenged with staffing, and menu was average. Skiing was great!"

"Overall, this is a very stunning hotel and special to stay at. I went with my partner and while we were happy with our stay, we wish we had stayed longer at Monsieur Jean instead as the bed was much more comfortable, the room more modern, and the value much better. It may have been due to the weather or hockey tournaments in town, but room service took two hours for dinner and we could hear loud kids in the room next to us several nights. It was just more of a family stay vibe than a romantic...
