"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "The apartment has a good space, clean, close to public transportation and some restaurants. Good toiletries. They also have a laundry on the basement."

"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

"The property was roomy and had great space. It met the need of our group. The location was close to various things like food, drinks, shopping and transportation. I would book with SmartFlats again. There are a few cosmetic things the property needs to fix or look into for future tenants. The rooms' curtain rods look like they were broken and so the curtains had to be hooked onto the window. "Some moulding on wall due to a water leak of some kind. It did not affect any functionality, however, the space was damp and mouldy smelling. The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate. The tennent on the main floor was intolerant to the paranoids of an older stair structure and having to lift luggage up the flight (as there is no elevator). "Great location and wonderful apartment layout. It had a nice terrace with great view. Only reproach is the cleaning person really lets the apartment owner down. It was really dirty. From the toilet having stains, to the walls all having smudges of who-knows what. If a better cleaning crew were hired it would be perfect spot. "

First long weekend city break to Brussels

"Nice comfortable base for visiting brussels. Equidistant from eurostar station and central of brussels. Served well by Uber and Uber eats. Quaint bar. Didnt try breakfast. No dinner restauraunt so ate out or uber eats. Would stay again if visit Brussels."

"Amazing room, superb staff who made you feel welcome and couldn’t do enough for you. Room was great with a nice view , really quiet to say how much of a busy area around the property is with shops etc. we didn’t have breakfast but annoyed we didn’t, it looked awesome. "
