Very lovely room; spacious, clean and well serviced. The property has a home-y feeling about it: the garden and the terrace are perfect to relax. The breakfast is served on a small terrace with some shadow, and it was lovely.

This was a very nice cozy intimate hotel. The breakfast was lovely. Marchella was a gem! She was super helpful and kind! As a solo traveler I felt very safe and secure and loved the brightness of the room but also super dark thick curtains are available if you’re someone who wants to sleep in. I just enjoyed the amount of sun my room got. I will say the wifi wa super slow and would sometimes freeze but I did not spend my majority of the time in the room just at night when I was relaxing I noticed the wifi was not strong took time to load but it did overall work. I rented a car so I was able to leave inside the hotel and outside either worked. I definitely recommend this cozy warm place. AC was top notch and so was room cleaning.

Good service nearby

We liked the hotel with its friendly staff. Its good to know a little italian to be able to speak with them. A grocery with very good opening hours, two restaurants and a pharmacy is about 150 m from the hotel. The beach is within walking distance, about 1400 m away.

Bon séjour grâce à la gouvernante Marcella, très attentive à vos demande, sympathique et qui vous accueil avec sourire au petit déjeuner. Par contre, les propriétaires de ce lieu devrait entrenir les lieu, salpêtre sur les murs, cuvettes des WC ayant beaucoup vécu, isolation phonique à revoir (extérieur et intérieur). Un supermarché a 3mn à pied ouvert jusqu’à 22h. Arrêt de bus à proximité pour les plages ou calgliari.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen empfehlen! Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir durften sogar die Kühlakkus für unseren Strandtag benutzen. Sehr ruhige Lage und ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb von Cagliari und man braucht abends ca. 30-40 Minuten in die Innenstadt, was etwas stressig war, da es keine guten Restaurants in der Nähe gibt. Die besten Strände sind in 15-30 Minuten zu erreichen, je nachdem wohin man fährt. Empfehlen kann ich den Strand von Cala Sinzias.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten die Junior Suite mit einer eigenen Terrasse im 1.OG. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin hat mir alle Informationen für den self-check-in gegeben, damit wir später einchecken konnten. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben uns gut erholt. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es vor der Unterkunft aber auch im privaten Hof. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte ausreichend zu bieten und auch die Mitarbeiterin war super freundlich und lieb. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von ihr verabschiedet. Die Unterkunft hat einen Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Schöne umliegende Strände waren mit dem Auto innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreichbar und auch nach Cagliari hatte wir etwa 20-30 Minuten. Absolute Empfehlung für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt.
