The web site pictures need to be updated. This hotel is old, stained/fated and shower in poor condition. Bagels and breads were hard. This is below standard of other hotels the same price. Would not recommend to a stranger.

The people staying on the floor above us had a child that was running and banging on walls and doors for hours. Informed the front desk both evenings that this disturbance was unacceptable and disruptive to our stay. Clearly I wasn’t the only one who complained that weekend and nothing was done about the situation. This went on until late into the night time.

Hotel needs an update. Hallway carpet worn and stained. Dated decor. Room upon entry had strong urine smell coming from bathroom due to age and bathroom tile grout should be replaced. Little plastic washcloth holder on counter once white is now yellow with age. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty standard.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They need to put a sign by the jetted tub to tell people to flip the switch to turn the power for the tub on. Overall it was a nice stay.

Handicap room had no rails to get in and out of the tub. They were ants all over the room. My first room had a noisy toilet apparatus that kept me from sleeping. Changed to a new room that had an old refrigerator that clanged and made noise all night until it was unplugged. lastly, without getting in the beds, you could see the sagginess of the mattress even while it was made they appeared to be a hole in the center of the bed. the carpets in the hallway were musty and in need of removal or deep cleaning. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
