"Had a difficult time locating hotel cos Chinese name didn’t match the one we booked online. Our local driver couldn’t even locate it. Furthermore there were no English name displayed outside. And It was quite a walk to the block where our room was located"

"They charged more than what I agreed online by 200 RMB. I made the booking for two seniors-my mom and her friend. I guess this is how they are taking advantage of people. I won't be going or suggest anyone going there.. Quite a shame "
