"Poor English. Needed wechat to pay for everything. Should not charge money for the sports center or kids area for hotel guests. Needed head caps to swim. Had to pay for buffet during the meal and would not let us charge it to the room until we spoke to a manager and had to add another deposit to the room. "We stayed here for a few days right after the height of Golden Week. It was quite empty and we felt as if we had the run of the place.
