"Good hotel for staying at Mandalay, location is okay, and easy to get driver to everywhere. Restaurant in hotel is good and many other options nearby. Good beds, very clean, good pool, basic gym. Cant ask anything more for this price. Superb!"

"This hotel is in a good location.But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. We finally had tl travel in person back to the hotel to request for the refund back in physical Myanmar kyat instead of an electronic bank transfer. Furthermore the...

"I suppose that, for the price, it was a good deal though it could use some serious upgrade. Hotel is old and well used. It carries a 4 star rating. 2 or 3 is more like it."
