The property sits almost at the top of the town so you have amazing views. Nancy, and the staff were incredibly helpful, patient and gave us insights on how to navigate our visit to Machu Pichu. "This hotel holds a special place in my heart. It's right out the train station, but far enough away to not be bothered by the trains, right by Plaza de Armas, and the room was spotless. The staff was also incredibly nice, not just "customer-service nice", but genuinely interested in what we had to say and their breakfast was also great. I love this place, and when I inevitably visit Aguas Calientes again, I will totally by staying there again."

"This hotel was very unique. We stayed on the 3rd floor (no elevator but that wasn’t an issue for us). We had a room with 3 beds which was very convenient for our family. The hotel itself shows its age but it was only one night so we didn’t mind. Breakfast was good, they offered eggs, coffee, cheeses and breads. Our room was a river view (while not attractive due to pollution) it was nice to have the windows open and hear the rush of water to help you sleep. The shower was also spacious. "
