"The property needs some major updating. It is very outdated on the outside and inside. Air conditioning would be a very big plus because it was extremely hot and inside did not have the proper air-conditioning accommodations for getting to the train instead of making somebody walked over 3 miles a day each way to and from the train station because Cavs cost were extremely ridiculous for a five minute ride equals $40. A pool at the facility would be nice. Entertainment would be nice. Games or...
