"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Violeta! Our room was very clean and Violeta was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks on our large terrace with a view of the sea. "This place is an absolute gem. Walking distance from both the ferry port to Split (about 20 mins along a coastal path), and from the town and lots of lovely places to eat and museums.
Veronique was a delight, and bustled around tirelessly to make sure we had all we needed.
The room on the second floor with a balcony and a large bathroom was a lovely place to relax and unwind after a hard day’s sightseeing.
Just a couple of things to know about - this is more of a posh bed and breakfast than a slick boutique hotel. That’s part of its charm, but little things like them forgetting to clean our room (quickly rectified) and a slow breakfast service when we’d told them we were leaving for the ferry (again, soon sorted) make it a relaxing place to stay rather than somewhere for the very demanding guest.
