"This was by far the best hotel my husband and I had ever stayed at. The room service and complimentary breakfast was wonderful, the space was soothing and peaceful to be in. "We stayed in villa raj. We have 2 butlers (Dewa and Wayan), a few cleaners, and 1 cook (girl Wayan). They are all really lovely and helpful people; they will do everything within their power to make you stay as perfect as possible. Breakfast included. You can rent their driver half day 5hrs(IDR 666,000/car with max 4 person ( include driver, petrol and vehicle ) or full Day Charter ( 10 hours ) at IDR 910,000/car/way max 4 person . Excellent Hotel Stay

"The villa was in very good condition, with many amenities. Some of the things were a little bit aged, but it was generally clean and a very comfortable space. The restaurant had OK food, had some good traditional options. The floating breakfast was a nice addition, it was very peaceful and the service was good. The hotel is quite luxurious and the villas are wonderful. Pool was excellent. The staff is very attentive. "

"I loved my stay at SereS! The resort is beautiful and conveniently located (although location was less relevant for me because the tours I booked had direct hotel pickup and drop off). I had a five night stay here, which is quite a while, and I felt at home at SereS - the staff truly make the place and I didn't want to leave. My room was large and gorgeous and clean and the massage therapists are really great - I had several services at the spa over the course of my time at SereS. I want to specially shout out Sari, Mundari, and Trisna at the spa as well as Sunjayar, my room attendant, the staff who always dropped off my dinner when I ordered in-room dining (which was almost daily) and the staff at the restaurant, who knew me by name at some point because I would go for breakfast every morning. Hospitality in Bali is exceptional pretty much everywhere and SereS is no exception - five stars for this resort and its staff, I would totally recommend! Thank you to everyone! "

A peaceful, luxurious stay

"Such a gem of a hotel- couldn’t have asked for more! A little bit of luxury :) The staff were so welcoming, accommodating and courteous, especially all the servers in the restaurant. The food was exceptional! Loved the infinity pool too, the grounds are kept immaculately. My room was beautiful, plenty of space and lovely design. A wonderful stay."
