"Toilet broken, shower very little pressure but we had hot water, bed were comfy, no air conditioning, no fan Safe not working Nice hot spring pool but they filled it up only one night. Breakfast was ok. Served in the garden but thousand of flies… Will not recommend "

"Beautifully located right on the lake with views of Mt Batur and surrounding mountains. Bungalows are simple but clean. Hosts Putu & Kadec we’re wonderful. They made me feel very welcome and were very helpful and generous. I highly recommend staying with them. "

"Wir haben zwei Übernachtungen inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft würden wir nett empfangen und uns wurde zwar nicht für den Ankunftstag aber zumindest für den nächsten ein Roller zugesichert über eine Agency. Das war soweit auch in Ordnung, weil uns eine Mitarbeiterin im (zu Fuß weit entfernten) Ort absetzte. Wo wir ebenfalls vergeblich eine Möglichkeit zur Fortbewegung suchten. Am nächsten Morgen suchten wir zunächst vergeblich eine Person an der angeblich 24-Stunden besetzten...

"Die verschiedenen Zelte befinden sich an äusserst schöner Lage am Hang eines Hügels. Die Aussicht auf die Caldera, Krater und den See ist unschlagbar. Unser Zelt ist in einem guten Zustand, nur der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zudem hatten wir leider eine kleine Maus in unserem Zelt (haben wir jede Nacht gesehen und gehört, das Personal konnte leider nicht helfen). Das Badezimmer befindet sich unter dem Zelt. "One of the best hidden gem in Kintamani area. This place has best view of mountain and lake. All staff is very friendly & helpful. The access to property is a bit confusing, you should ask around in case if you got lost. But it’s super worth it. I want to come back again for sure!"

"Summary We'd recommend the Bamboo house for one night specifically to the do the hike only. Go for the cheapest room. We booked two nights at the bamboo house, via Hotels.com, with the idea of hiking Mount Batur. Presumably like many other people visiting the area. We booked the king size deluxe room, the one with the triangular bamboo ceiling/roof, which was twice the price of a standard room. When we arrived we were shown to a standard room.
