Bedrooms need paint, new beds, new furniture, new bathrooms, new light fixtures, ESPECIALLY new doors and locks, outside lighting, ordered parking, a better pool, more lights in the surrounding areas, landscaping, new restaurant, even some new employees would be a nice addition to some unfriendly waitresses...Even improving the breakfast choices with one or two more things can help.
