"I loved the views . The property is aesthetically beautiful with its panoramic views . The mountains and the ocean are breath taking. The food was very disappointing even in the specialty restaurants. The worst was the unfriendly staff. They need an app !!! To show you the property. There is absolutely no entertainment. If you are looking for somewhere to do absolutely nothing than this is for you !!!"

"This was most interesting stay on my Costa Rica vacation, a somewhat quirky but comfortable

hotel. My room was clean, spacious, the AC was working well, and the poolside room helped make it pretty quiet (a

bar was across the street playing music). The bathroom had a jacuzzi style tub with a hand shower, no standup shower which I much prefer. There is no light or switch by the bed, so my cellphone served as a temporary nightlight. The parking garage below the hotel would have been...

"We were surprised at our room - this is a place we could live in. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the tidal slough, it's quiet, it has a nice kitchen, and is laid out well. The restaurant was nice and the staff friendly. We had 2 pools to choose from, and took advantage of them every day. The grounds were very pretty and well-maintained. It was easy to get in and out and conventient to stores and sights in Puntarenas."

"Great location, staff was very helpful, the breakfast was very good, beachfront and very close to the lighthouse which is a must go in your stay in Puntarenas.. The only thing that maybe need an improvement is the A/C unit in our room, the staff gave us options but because our stay was only for a night, we didn’t see the need for a change… I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for options in Puntarenas…"
