"Great apartment for 2 people very friendly very clean Room serviced every day, reception were very friendly Easy walking to shops and restaurants especially Bombay Tacos which was Indian and Mexican great service and lovely food. The hotel was easily walkable and on the level close to beach, funfair also mud baths very near which had flamingos walking around Great time would recommend "

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"The hotel Laguna is a pleasant hotel with helpful staff. It’s clean, it’s quiet and our room, a junior suit was fine, albeit overlooking the road/car park (room 107) but not everyone can have a view. We decided on half board, breakfast and evening meal, however, there is the option of lunch instead of the evening meal. "The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...
