"Location was great near beach and local restaurants. Staff was nice, drinks / cocktails were great and
pool. It was the lack of hospitality once you were in the room. Beds were terrible, linens felt grimy and thin. Towels were super thin and worn. Fine for our 1 night prior to cruise departure but would not recommend for any length of time. "

Wish I had more time to stay …
"Hotel was more than we expected. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was right in the middle of the beach area and the included breakfast was awesome! There are a ton of restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The beach is right across the street! And as my kids can attest to, the best waves in Ravenna are right in front of the hotel. The hotel is popular so all the taxi services know right where you are when you call. We easily transferred between the train station and the cruise port."
