"Stayed Saturday to Monday. Poor check in, very slow, staff appeared to lack interest in customers. An hour to get a room. On Sunday WiFi not available in our room all day. No solution given. In the early evening,no hot water. Callling to request help, we were told our building was not having hot water until Monday. Nobody informed us, maintenance never appeared and no solution given. PdelE has many options. Why bother returning to Solanas? "

O rapaz do atendimento então me disse que cobraria somente o meu consumo, me fez tirar foto do relógio de luz com o número do meu apartamento, mas no final da estadia ele disse que se "enganou" e que o relógio correto era outro, quero sua vez estava com o número de outro apartamento em cima. "Ho soggiornato presso The Point. L'appartamento è pulito ed il personale che si occupa del check in è gentile e disponibile. Tutta offre l'essenziale gli arredi sono fatti con il minimo. Le tende oscuranti in camera sono praticamente inesistenti, alle 5 è già pieno gionro. "

Before You book, make sure you bring your own linens, no towels or sheets included, they offer them for Rent. Overall, just ok. Piriapolis however, is a great place to vacation."

"I traveled to Punta Del Este for business. The Hotel Solerios was an excellent choice. It is perfectly cozy, clean, and with all the amenities one would need. The staff was amazing! Not only were they thoughtful and accomodating, they went above and beyond expectations making one feel taken care of like a friend. I must especially thank Vinicius who provided 5-Star concierge level service throughout my stay and even saved me when I needed to print a presentation. As far as my room goes, it was very clean and modern. The set up was perfect for work and rest. The bed was very comfortable and the shower always hot. Great closet. Great WI-Fi speeds. Great restaurant/bar downstairs with extended hours. It had everything a person needs when working or vacationing. The location was in a good area, quiet and convenient and Ubers came quickly when ordered. "
