Stay away from the buffet. Got food poising for 2 days. Restaurants were great and better quality so make sure you make reservations. The buffet food quality is really low. Hot tub was nothing but a pool of bubbles, not a real hot tub. Other than that great location. Nice pool and views. Drinks are good. Service staff could put on a smile and the front desk needs more staff. Lines were always too long anytime you needed anything and had only 2 or 3 people working the front desk with 30 plus people in line.

We have been here 3 times and have always appreciated the closeness of the two different pool area and the beach. Also, the bars are conveniently located. Some nice shopping, and entertainment.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. I booked for 4 nights, and the rooms were absolutely disgusting. Bugs crawling, water leaking from the ceiling, grime on the floor, and musty smell. Not only were the rooms disgusting, the food at the buffet was not edible. I spoke to the front desk as well as guest services and they offered me a different room, which was just as dirty and disgusting. I called Expedia and they said they couldn't give me my money back unless the hotel gave a waiver, which they would not do. I booked the Royalton from my phone and decided to leave because I didn't want to spend my vacation arguing with Expedia and Guest services. I filed a report about why I was checking out early and then I called an Uber to take us to the Royalton. They won't give us back our money now. I'll never book through Expedia, I thought they had my back if something went wrong but they don't. I don't even know how this hotel is still in business. My recommendation is just go somewhere else.

We opted to upgrade to a suite in which room was not ready until after 4:00pm. Room smelled, toilet was clogged, towels had blood stains, floors were sticky and dirty, AC did not work properly. We were moved to another room which it was much cleaner but still smelled. Food was terrible, cold and main restaurants were a disappointment.
