This "property" is a collection of properties, so you will get what they have, not what is shown in pictures (on Expedia or Maps). When you check Maps, the play on words "Los Corales Beach" is used to confuse and bait customers. Our first unit had windows that did not open, no fresh air, 20 year old mattress with stains and thread-bare sheet, no mattress pads, a rusted stove, dirty drawers and dishes, filthy floors. My child had an asthma attack the first night due to filth and dust. They "cleaned" the next day, which wasn't much.
They "switched" us to another unit when we said we needed to be able to breathe fresh air: the screens were full of holes and we were all bitten by mosquitoes and gnats; we had no choice because the AC was broken and soaked the mattress so it was sleep in a hot box or get bites. We lasted one night. We asked for a refund and they refused. We asked for the remaining nights to be refunded since we wouldn't be there, they refused.
We learned, when you book through Exp, they will "try" to help, but not really. They are a "tech provider" and the property is your provider, so your agreement is with them. If they refuse to refund, too bad, you've lost your money. The staff tried, but clearly not able to help when their product is awful.
We left $1500 in their pockets and went to another place and paid again, just to get out of there before the bugs got us.
Stay well away from these unscrupulous places.
