"This a good basic hotel. It offers clean comfortable rooms. The reception guy is awesome and helpful. There is no pool or food service on the premises. There are some items for sale in the lobby which are snacks and toiletries and most importantly mosquito spray! The hotel is at an easy distance (disregarding the condition of the pathway) from Long Beach and Coral Beach which there are many restaurants and activities available. "I didnt check in. From outside, the hotel looks so scary and horrible. Poor maintainance. The shoplot is all for rent/sale. Only 1 car outside the hotel. "

"Great staff working well as a team, happy and receptive while being continually busy Food was consistently good. On one night we had fresh fish and squid barbacue and it was tender and delicious. Loved Boat trip A and also hiring a boat to take us to a lovely beach for snorkelling on other days "

"This a good basic hotel. It offers clean comfortable rooms. The reception guy is awesome and helpful. There is no pool or food service on the premises. There are some items for sale in the lobby which are snacks and toiletries and most importantly mosquito spray! The hotel is at an easy distance (disregarding the condition of the pathway) from Long Beach and Coral Beach which there are many restaurants and activities available. The grounds are well maintained as well as the rooms. Cons: Mosquitoes and limited to little to no hot water. Out of 5 days, I had hot water for 3.5 days. The receptionist booked transportation (tractor with trailer) for a pickup and transfer to the pier. This is a big plus if you have a lot of luggage. "

"As a family with children aged 10 and 12, we absolutely loved this resort. The pool was invaluable to be able to have time for ourselves to relax as well as the children. Buffet was great and the manager was amazing. Our children loved watching the baby reef sharks swimming next to the jetty out the front of the resort. Would highly recommend to both couples, individuals or families as they offer something for everyone. "

Lovely stay!

"Beautiful Hotel, plenty of different spots to explore. We had a premium room for 3 of us. Room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was average, buffet style..got bored after 2 days of the same food choices. We ate out for lunch and dinner. You have to ask for your room.to be cleaned. Staff were very friendly at reception, answered queries. Late check out at 3pm at a cost of extra 100 rn..(£20) otherwise checkout is at 11.30am. Taxi boats/excursions available right outside tge hotel..snorkeling/diving We took a private taxi to Rednag Island for a day at the Island for a massage and bath..bliss Beach at Laguna Beach at Redang Island was out of this world better than Kecil."
