We love the feel of it, the personal touch, Adrian, Marga and everyone there are just amaizing and working so hard for us to have a very nice holiday. "A three night stay at this hotel and their service truly blew me away. Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. "Great location on the coast. Spa is a bonus which is free to use for guests. Not easy to go for a walk at night no path on the road. Good buffet breakfast lovely touch to have some bubbly on offer but smoked salmon once a week!!! Would recommend if you just want to chill and relax."

"Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"

"We stayed in a premium room for 3 nights. It was good value and had a fridge which was very welcome. It was clean and quiet with a nice balcony. Bed was fairly comfortable though not the best. Daily maid service was very good. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent with gourmet options. Parking wasn't too bad, round the block. Only slight disappointment were the patchy internet and lack of UK TV channels."

"Our stay at Rafa Nadal Residence was superb! Everything was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were exceptional! Buffet breakfast was also superb! The food were all delicious and lots of food and drink selections. Though the place is so big, its easy access to anywhere. Daily housekeeping was great too! They always ensured our room was clean and bed was organised when we get back. Overall, our stay was wonderful. "

"Well located hotel close to main street in Cala Agulla. This hotel caters to a large German visitor base, so everything is in German and got are greeted in German by reception staff which is a little weird if you're not German like us. Good variety at breakfast however, we could hear chairs scraping across the floor below is from early morning as the breakfast room filled up (our suite room was directly above the breakfast room) so this didn't make for a relaxing lie-in. "We had an amazing stay at Pula Suites. It was quiet and relaxing. Fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful and hospitable! Very clean, could not fault this hotel. Would recommend hiring a car if you want to travel around but we would definitely stay here again."

"Nicely decorated, modern. Rooms are brand new and comfortable. The cleaning ladies and service people are very nice. Pool is nice but doesn’t have much shade in the summer. The breakfast is great. The hotel is marked 4 stars but doesn’t have restaurant so no lunch or dinner there. The front desk is helpful with tips and other reservations but they are not there 24/7- it is more like 8-5pm service. Great for couples. We had a room with jacuzzi that worked for us but wouldn’t recommend the hotel for families with young kids because there are lots of stairs to the pool and there is no food offer other than breakfast and mini bar/ Honesty bar. "
