Everyone in our group had a great time at the resort. Clean rooms, great drinks at the bar and right on the beach. The only thing I wish was that the food was better.

We loved our time here but they could change a couple things. They have no place to play cards and the main area is so noisy chairs and voices echo and are almost unbearable. The food was good, taco restaurant was Awsome. The barbecues were well done, had delicious fish one night, another a fiesta which was great. Didn’t try the specialty restaurants. Found it hard to know how to book these. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed our holliday

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The facilities are well kept and a fun vibe for all ages. It’s a 15-20min Uber to Downtown. HOWEVER, my biggest issue is there’s only one bar at night and there’s no server service. You can only order one thing at a time at the bar. One cocktail and a shot? Nope. Not allowed. This means that you have to finish your cocktail then get back in line for another 10-20min queue since it’s the only bar open. Disappointing since you're paying for all-inclusive and never really had this problem with others hotels.

Stayed here for 2 nights and I can say that this resort is a decent. Nothing extraordinary but not bad either. It gets crowded during the day because there are many folks with "vistor" passes. Not a lot to do in the resort, although there is a Spa, a gym and there are some activites happening throughout the day near the pool area but nothing worth your time. The pool was good. The food was alright. There are options for vegetarians too, so that is good. The staff is good and friendly and focussed on their jobs (rather than focussed on getting "tips" from the guests for doing the the bare mininum). The rooms deserve some renovation and interior designing. The bed was just okay. The bathroom area was good. The wifi service is very poor throughout the resort, they really need to improve it. There is no room service, so one must eat at the restaurents only. Overall it's a 3/5, and hence can be called expensive, considering the quality is not up to the mark.

I love the workers there. Israel is the best bartender, Braulio(Boccio) is an excellent server, Jose Juan also the best waiter. I had hoped to see Double double(Sergio) but he was on vacation. The food was excellent. Love the upgrades to the lower restaurant.

This hotel lacks EVERYTHING starting with their customer service at the front desk to the bars, to the pool service, restaurants and coffee shops. Needless to say they promote having 5 restaurants but they are never open at the same time so ultimately your choices are slim when it comes To eating. This was the first time we have ever stayed at all inclusive and eaten out. The food is ALL the same, everyday, every restaurant. They say they have a coffee but it’s never open. They don’t have room service instead they serve tacos asada, alpastor and chicken every night. Every night the same meat, same bland food. Pool was Dirty. Rooms are very old in the main tower and tower 2. Rooms smell and bathrooms are way dated. Also at 1 am they turn off ALL hotel common area lights which I thought was odd and even a safety hazard. The Frida restaurant staff were rude and un attentive they just wanted you in and out. With all this said this hotel was pretty pricey. We saw better and well known hotels for cheaper and regret booking here. Put your money somewhere where they actually appreciate you as guest. Also when we booked on Expedia it said mini bar and drinks were all included however they refused to honor it and wanted to charge us additional to give us a mini bar and drinks. They said expedia was false advertising. Stay away from this hotel. I don’t understand how Expedia has it as a VIP.

The drinks were delicious. Most of the staff was friendly. Some seemed sad or angry. Really killes the vibe. The food was below average. The rooms were okay?? No dresser so just throw your clothes anywhere. The resort needs some TLC. Will not stay there again.
