The property is alright but the food is boring. Day after day it remains the same. The noise for sleeping is horrendous… woken up many early mornings by car alarms going off that sounded like they were in our room.

We only stayed one night so we didn't have a chance to experience too much of the property. The room was fairly clean but a bit dated. There were no towels in our room and had to ask twice to get some. The sink and shower drains were backed up. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet food was pretty good, especially compared to other similar places we have stayed. I have to say that I did find a hair in some of my food but the staff was apologetic about it. Overall it was a mixed experience but I wouldn't rule out staying there again. It wasn't an expensive place to stay so I wasn't expecting luxury.

I came to this property and this was a disappointment for me. The property is unkept and very dirty. I spent 1 night and I had to leave. They were good to refund the portion of my stay.

Este Hotel no se lo recomendaría a las personas por la siguiente razones. 1. El hotel está lejos del malecón en carro aproximadamente 10 minutos. 2. La comida en el restaurante es de mala calidad y no tiene muchas opciones de comida. Este es un Hotel todo incluido, pero las opciones no son muy variadas. Las bebidas alcohólicas en el Hotel son de mala calidad. No tienen muchas opciones y no tienen sabor. Al igual que las opciones de cerveza solamente tienen dos opciones. La comida en el restaurante es de mala calidad y no tiene muchas opciones de comida. Este es un Hotel todo incluido, pero las opciones no son muy variadas. El personal muy amable y la limpieza está bien.

Upon arrival hotel was not as it looked in pictures very rundown. Front desk staff was not friendly. Walk way to room was nice. Pool was very simple. Beach area was nothing great and too many rocks which is common in that area. Food was horrible but breakfast buffet was decent if you arrive early. We stuck with 2 specific servers because they were friendly and attentive other staff not so much. Rooms where not great, need extra set on pillows, blanket, and towels.

Disappointing Stay: A Review of Costa Club Punta Arena in Puerto Vallarta I had a very disappointing stay at Costa Club Punta Arena in Puerto Vallarta. Despite booking a room with a king-size bed, we were initially given a room with a double bed due to unavailability. The air conditioning in the room was also not working, which prompted us to request a new room. Although we were relocated, the hot water in the shower was not functioning. Despite multiple complaints to the reception, the issue was not resolved promptly. The resort's dining experience was also subpar. While the meals were acceptable, the dining area was constantly plagued by pigeons and other birds, leading to feathers, dust, and bird droppings being blown around. This unsanitary condition resulted in both my partner and me suffering from diarrhea, which we attribute to the contamination from the birds. Furthermore, the customer service at the resort was lacking. We felt unwelcome and were made to feel as though the issues we experienced were our fault. Overall, I cannot recommend Costa Club Punta Arena to anyone based on my experience.

Esta es mi segunda vez aquí y debo decir que debes comprar sábanas ajustables para las camas tamaño king y tener un área que limite a los niños. Incluso en la piscina encima del restaurante italiano había tantos niños que no había ningún lugar tranquilo para disfrutar del sol.
